Such a pretty, delicate ring, for those who like to be a little understated with their jewellery. Would make a lovely gift for a teenager or coming of age ring. The head of the stone is just under half an inch by 1/4 inch (1 x 1/2 cms), but the stone is of good quality and is clear and a good colour, with no obvious occlusions. The setting is unusual and is quite high set in a basket style, which allows the light to show off the stone to best effect. the silver band is quite fine and is a small to medium size (UK – L 1/2, US – 6 1/4) so the sizing would suit a young adult, but it could be resized by a jeweller if required.
